Here are just a few lines and a brief summary about my professional background together with some information about how this translates to what I can provide in terms of psychological therapy and coaching.
I am a London trained clinical psychologist with over 10 years of research and clinical experiences which I have mainly gained in the NHS but also within the academic and private sectors. During my career I have worked with people of different ages and with a wide range of presentations including mental health issues, neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive difficulties (due to strokes, acquired brain injury) as well as neurodegenerative conditions. I have also been interested in working with people who experience difficulties with adjusting to illness (i.e. diabetes, pain management) and the related issues including its management and the impact of that on the quality of everyday life.
In my private work, I have facilitated my clients in understanding and approaching life challenges in more adaptive ways in order to bring positive and long-lasting changes in all aspects of their life. I have also worked with a number of companies in an executive coaching role.
